What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 coats — enough for a small brigade — with bulk tiers that fall steeply across intakes, groups and multi-site programmes.

How fast will my chef coats arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished coats ship in about 2 weeks. Where an opening or a term date is fixed we put the ship date in writing and tell you the artwork cut-off.

Why are chef coats double-breasted?

Function. The overlap is a second layer of cloth against steam and splash, and it re-buttons the opposite way so a stained front panel swaps for the clean one underneath mid-service, without changing coats.

What closures survive industrial laundering?

Cloth-covered knot buttons and removable studs. Sewn plastic melts or shatters at industrial wash temperatures. It is the single most common way a good-looking coat fails in week one.

Can names be printed instead of embroidered?

No, and we will not offer it. Printed names do not survive commercial wash chemistry, so every name, title and mark is embroidered and proofed as a stitch-out before production.

How do you make a coat cooler?

Panel mapping, not thinner cloth everywhere. Vented or mesh back panels and underarm eyelets where body heat exits, with proper twill kept across the front where splash arrives.

Is a chef coat protective equipment?

No, and we say so plainly. A coat buys reaction seconds against splash and steam. It is not PPE, it does not protect against fryer immersion or open flame, and nobody should sell it as if it does.

White, black or pinstripe?

Whatever your laundry can sustain. White is the tradition and shows the truth about the wash; where the laundry cannot keep it white, black or pinstripe is the honest specification and we will recommend it.
